The apartment residences consist of 6 two-bedroom apartments, and a three-bedroom penthouse suite located on the top floor.

Each apartment residence is meticulously designed with ample indoor and outdoor living space, direct views of the Adriatic, and is of good quality of build. Every residence has a designated parking spot, access to elevator, and access to the building’s pool.
